WriteFlow provides a platform connecting clients with professional writers. We facilitate project management, payments, and communication between parties.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
Accounts are non-transferable

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Paystack
Funds are held in escrow until project completion
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Platform fees are non-refundable

5. Content Ownership

Upon full payment, all rights to completed work transfer to the client
Writers retain no rights to delivered content
Clients may use content for any lawful purpose

6. Originality Guarantee

All content is guaranteed to be original. We offer Turnitin plagiarism and AI detection reports to verify authenticity. Content found to be plagiarized will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the platform for any illegal purpose
Submit content that violates intellectual property rights
Attempt to contact writers directly outside the platform
Create multiple accounts
Abuse the refund or dispute system

8. Limitation of Liability

WriteFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, pending funds will be handled according to our refund policy.
